You Just Might Be One, IF…
If you make up a list of things to do, then do things that aren’t on the list, then add those things to the list so that you can cross them off –
You just might be a procrastinating perfectionist
If you keep adding new things to your list and doing them, and crossing them off, without doing the things you originally started with on the list –
If you make up a new list and purposely omit the things you started with on the original list –
You just might be a procrastinating perfectionist
If you give yourself a block of time to work on something, then use up part of that time opening your emails before you start –
You just might be a procrastinating perfectionist
If you can’t do any work on what you were originally going to work on because you don’t have enough time left over after you opened your emails –
You just might be a procrastinating perfectionist
If you write content for your website, ezine or blog, and it sits for weeks in your computer while you change a word here and there to make it exactly right before you submit it –
If you stay in overwhelm because you don’t want to look weak by asking for help –
You just might be a procrastinating perfectionist
People, especially perfectionist people, procrastinate – all the time.
And coaches who are perfectionist, procrastinating people don’t reach their coaching business goals. Something isn’t working, and I know what it is.
